Signal Machine Company manufactured six punching die sets that would be used for stamping small metal plates. Using our advanced CNC milling and wire EDM capabilities, we constructed the set from M2 tool steel with the ability to meet tolerances as low as (+/-) .0002”.
Meeting client specifications, the parts measured approximately 4” x 4” x 3” with a hardness of 55-60 Rc.
